The La Crosse Wedding EXPO provides your business with the perfect venue to feature wedding-related products and services to brides, grooms, and guests. Take advantage of this cost-effective opportunity to meet couples face-to-face and familiarize them with YOUR business. While at the EXPO, attendees meet vendors, view wedding fashions, and enjoy food samples and musical entertainment.  For the past 25+ years, the La Crosse Wedding EXPO has proved to be the couples’ – as well as the exhibitor’s – favorite wedding show in the area. 

*We dissuade outside companies from attending the show – the Exhibitors feel it is disrespectful to have outside [non-exhibiting] wedding companies at the show walking around seeing what other businesses are doing. The Wedding Expo is a show solely for engaged couples to meet wedding services. The Wedding Expo holds a very strict no-promotion policy for any outside wedding companies during show hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Registration for the next La Crosse Wedding Expo opens in late Spring/early Summer.

    (Generally around 8 months before Expo Day!) We will take registrations until all booth spaces are filled or until January 9, 2027. We will make a note if booths are full prior to the January date.

  • Single Booth: $750.00 (includes an 10x8ft space with one 8-foot skirted table & 2 chairs.)

    Double Booth: $1,100.00 (includes a 20x8ft space with two 8-foot skirted tables & 4 chairs.)

    Triple Booth: $1,850.00 (includes a 30x8ft space with three 8-foot skirted tables & 6 chairs.)

    Early Bird Pricing through September 30. Prices increase $50.00 after this date.

    If you do not need your table(s)/chair(s), you can put them in the walkways on the day of setup, and they will be removed. If you would like electrical access, that is something that can be requested.

  • YES! We will have options for you to participate in the VIP Experience as part of your registration. For further details, please view our VIP Vendor Guidelines (PDF).

  • YES! You are able to make your payment online as part of your registration. Please note you are not able to pay online after you have already registered.

    If you prefer to pay with a check, you will be able to note that as well and mail a check to The Wedding Tree at 418 Main Street, La Crosse, WI 54601.

2026 Vendor Timeline

JUNE 12, 2025 · Exhibitor Registration Opens

Exhibitor Registration officially opens - EXPO is about 7 months away! Whether you’re interested in a booth, advertisement, or both, don’t miss out on our early bird discount if you register before September 30th!

JULY 18, 2025 · Attendee Tickets Opens

Registration opens for attendees - EXPO is 6 months away! Register by this date to promote that you will be there and gain excitement!

SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 · Important Deadlines

  • Early Bird Registration Deadline (booth price increase +$50)

  • VIP Vendor Deadline (unless spots are full before this date)

  • Ad Discount Deadline (50% off advertisement with booth purchase or 25% off advertisement only purchase)

NOVEMBER 1, 2025 · Expo Guide Deadline

  • Ads & Articles for our 2026 EXPO Guide are due November 1, 2025. If items are not received by this date, they will not make it into the guide and no refunds will be issued

  • VIP Items are also due to The Wedding Tree by this date. 100 VIP items are due by this date for advertising purposes. Your contributed items will be communicated to you by the Expo Team.

DECEMBER 28, 2025 · Booth Prices Increase

Beginning December 28, 2025, all booth prices will increase by $100.00. If booth spaces are no longer available, an update will be posted here.

JANUARY 10, 2026 · Booth Purchase Deadline

January 10, 2025 will be the final day for any booth purchases. If booth spaces are no longer available, an update will be posted on this website.

JANUARY 17, 2025 · Booth Map Distribution

For all participating booth vendors, we will send out the booth map layout on Friday, January 17, 2026 before set up the next day.

JANUARY 17, 2026 · Expo Setup Day

For all participating booth vendors, setup hours will begin from 2:00 - 5:00pm on Saturday, January 18, 2026. There will be additional setup hours on Sunday, January 18, 2026 (the day of Expo) beginning at 8:00am.

JANUARY 18, 2026 · Expo Day!

It’s EXPO Day! Setup hours will begin at 8:00am, and we will be ready to roll once couples begin arriving at 10:00am for the big event!
